Accurately estimate and manage project costs, labour, and materials. Mentor junior electricians and ensure adherence to professional standards. Ensure full compliance with NAPIT regulations and industry best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external contractors. Take ownership of the electrical department’s delivery and performance. Diagnose and resolve technical issues with long-term solutions. Maintain detailed documentation including reports, schematics, and specifications. Line management duties and direct reporting to the Head of Division. Work across commercial and residential properties, with some travel required. What We’re Looking For Valid NAPIT accreditation (not expired). Fully qualified in electrical engineering. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing electrical projects. Strong costing and budget management skills. Line management or leadership experience. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Proficiency with industry-standard software and tools. Willingness to travel occasionally and stay overnight when required. Why Apply?
