This is a fantastic opportunity for Diploma-qualified individuals currently working in roles such as Paraplanning, Client Management, Mortgage Advice, or Financial Services Administration, who are looking to take the next step into a Financial Planner position.
You will begin in a supported, desk-based advisory role, working with an established client bank and gaining hands‑on experience delivering advice, building relationships, and developing towards full Financial Planner status.

Career Development

Responsibilities
* Deliver financial planning advice to an existing portfolio of clients (typically up to £250k in investable assets)
* Conduct client reviews and ongoing servicing conversations
* Support the conversion of existing clients onto ongoing service propositions
* Build relationships and identify additional client needs across wealth planning areas
* Generate advice income and contribute to revenue targets
* Collaborate with internal teams across the wider Titan group to identify opportunities
* Ensure all advice is compliant with FCA regulations and internal processes
* Maintain accurate and high-quality client documentation and reporting
* Continue developing technical knowledge and industry expertise
Who We’re Looking For
This role is ideal for individuals who:
* Hold the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4 or equivalent) (essential)
* Have experience within financial services (e.g. paraplanning, client support, account management, mortgage advice)
* Are looking to transition into a client‑facing financial planning role
* Have strong communication and relationship‑building skills
* Are motivated by long‑term career progression within financial planning
* Have a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
* Are comfortable working in a target‑driven, client‑focused environment
Desirable
* Cashflow modelling experience
* Ambition to progress towards Chartered status
