A job that matters: Your Tasks
Our customer service team in Tiverton is looking for an additional member of staff to join our small and collaborative team.
The job has lots of variety and every day is different. You will be liaising with customers within a targeted response time to resolve their issues with their dormakaba systems. This means providing advice and support from within the office to include telephone advice as well as direct remote connection and intervention (you will be trained to do this). Lastly you will ensure all calls/issues received are logged and updated accurately on our logging system (Techscape) so we have a record of what happened and what actions were taken.
We need someone who is not just personable and can work to find the best solutions, but they take ownership of a problems resolution, even when it is escalated to the technical level, and can ensure the customer is looked after and kept up to date as we progress with the solution.
This will be a fast-paced role where you will help a wide range of customers get the most out of our products, specifically Lodging & Access Workforce Management solutions. Please be aware that once trained there will be a requirement to enter into an on call rota with the other team members.
An experience that matters: Your Skills
We are looking for individuals with customer service experience in any of the following:
Customer Services
Retail
Call or contact centre (inbound)
Or any customer centric role where you would use your skills to determine the customers issues and resolve problems
Full training will be given to the successful candidate although we expect excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, commitment and the ability to learn and develop new skills.
