Position details
* Role: Temporary Receptionist
* Location: Southampton
* Contract Type: Temporary
* Working Pattern: Full Time (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break)
Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
* Answer phone calls with a warm and welcoming tone.
* Meet and greet clients, and offer refreshments.
* Take accurate notes during calls and send follow-up emails.
* Keep the reception area tidy and smart at all times.
Ideal Candidate
* Have excellent communication skills.
* Be highly organised and detail-oriented.
* Possess a friendly demeanour with a professional approach.
