Zoetis, the world's leading animal health company, is seeking a Field-Based Account Manager (Maternity Cover) to join our dynamic Companion Animal team covering the Leeds/York region.
About the Role:
You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of independent and corporate veterinary practices - building lasting partnerships, delivering tailored solutions, and driving sales growth across our premium product lines. This is a field-based role with regular travel across your region.
What You'll Do:
Develop strong, long-term relationships with veterinary practices
Deliver against sales, market share, and growth targets
Collaborate with internal experts (Veterinarians, Consultants, KAMs)
Use solution-based selling to provide real value to customers
Maintain accurate records through our CRM system
What We're Looking For:
Proven sales ability or customer-facing experience
Passion for animal health and customer success
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Resilience, autonomy, and commercial mindset
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel frequently
AMTRA or similar sales qualification is a plus - or willingness to achieve it within 3 years.
