Role Overview

We’re hiring a Logistics & Fulfilment Assistant to support our fulfilment operations and ensure everything runs smoothly across orders, stock, and shipping. This is an entry-level role, designed for someone who’s highly organised, loves problem-solving, and wants to build a career in logistics, supply chain, or operations.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with e-commerce fulfilment, 3PLs, and inventory systems, while learning directly from experienced operators. If you love organisation, spreadsheets, and keeping things moving, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities

📦 Order Fulfilment Support

* Process daily orders across Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop
* Maintain Excel trackers for order status and delivery timelines
* Work with 3PL partners to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time


📊 Stock & Shipment Tracking

* Keep inventory records accurate and up-to-date
* Support stock reconciliations between systems and warehouse reports
* Flag discrepancies and help resolve issues


📄 Shipping Documentation & Accuracy

* Assist with shipping labels, barcodes, and order documents
* Check quantities and details before approving outbound orders
* Update fulfilment SOPs and process notes


🛟 Issue Management & Problem-Solving

* Work with Customer Service to resolve delivery problems (e.g. delays, lost packages)
* Help manage escalations for e-commerce or retailer fulfilment issues
* Identify repeat problems and suggest improvements


Requirements

Must-Haves

* Strong Excel skills (comfortable with trackers, sorting data, and basic formulas)
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Proactive and calm under pressure
* Eager to learn and build a career in logistics/operations


Nice-to-Haves

* Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or TikTok Shop
* Familiarity with ERP systems (Unleashed is a plus)
* Previous exposure to logistics, fulfilment, or operations (internship, part-time, or project work)
