We're recruiting for a Transactional Processing & Accounting Services Manager at our head office in Telford on a hybrid basis. This is a key role in our Finance team, helping to keep PDSA running smoothly by making sure payments, donations and banking services are accurate, efficient, and well-managed.

As a Transactional Processing & Accounting Services Manager, you will:

* Lead and support a small team, helping them perform at their best
* Manage sales and purchase ledgers, expenses and purchase cards
* Oversee supplier payments and credit control to keep cash flowing
* Build strong relationships with colleagues across PDSA as the go to expert for financial processes
* Drive improvements to systems and processes while ensuring financial controls are in place

We're seeking someone with:

* A professional accounting or treasury qualification (AAT or equivalent experience)
* Experience leading and developing finance transactional teams
* Knowledge of banking, payments and cash control
* Strong financial process and governance experience
* Good Excel skills for data analysis
