Job Title: Administrator
Location: Inverness
Salary: £13.65 per hour
Job Type: Part-Time, temporary
Working Pattern & Benefits
Working pattern: 2 days per week (8 hours total), 10am–2pm
Benefits: Flexible working days, ongoing contract

Key Responsibilities
* Manage day to day administrative tasks
* Process invoices and expenses using Xero accounting software
* Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
* Support general bookkeeping and finance admin duties
* Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders as required
Requirements
Essential
* Experience using Xero accounting software
* Confident handling invoices and expense processing
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Previous admin or finance support experience
Desirable
* Basic bookkeeping knowledge
* Experience working in a small business environment
