What you’ll do
Personal Carer Opportunity – Supporting a Young Man with Spinal Injury
Are you a caring, positive, and motivated individual who wants to make a real difference in someone’s life?
We are looking for a dedicated carer to support a young man who sustained a spinal injury following a car accident. He is working towards rebuilding his confidence and independence, and needs someone who can offer both practical assistance and emotional encouragement .
About the Role:
You will provide support with daily activities of living, including:
* Personal care and mobility assistance
* Meal preparation and light domestic tasks
* Accompanying him to appointments or social activities
* Encouraging and supporting him to engage in hobbies and positive activities
* Promoting emotional wellbeing and helping maintain a positive outlook

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Compassionate, reliable, and patient
* Has a good sense of humour and an uplifting attitude
* Able to motivate and empower others
* Respectful of privacy and dignity at all times
* Experience supporting people with spinal injuries or low mood is desirable but not essential — the right attitude matters most!
