With over 1250 members attending weekly lessons, this position offers candidates the opportunity to display and develop their leadership skills and prove their ability as a Head Coach to direct a team of coaches in an established gymnastics club. We are able to offer a permanent full time contract alien with the opportunity for professional development.Vale Gymnastics Head Coach will be responsible for the overall management and operations of the lessons, ensuring it delivers high-quality lessons and services to members while maintaining a positive and safe environment. This role involves developing session plans, overseeing instructors and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.*Minimum Qualifications** Level 2 Coaching Qualification and a background in gymnastics*Required Skills and Qualifications** Proven experience in teaching and leading gymnastics sessions.* Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse groups.* Knowledge of gymnastics programs, training techniques, and competition standards.* Commitment to safety and ensuring a positive experience for all members.*Key Responsibilities**Operational Management:** Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily lessons at the gymnastics club.* Lead other instructors and ensure the quality of lesson delivery is maintained.* Ensure facilities are maintained, safe, and meet industry standards.*Staff Leadership** Supervise and direct coaches and volunteers.* Lead staff and assign responsibilities to meet program demands.* Foster a positive and collaborative team culture through ongoing support and professional development.*Program Development:** Develop and promote gymnastics programs tailored to various skill levels and ages.* Monitor program success and gather feedback to continuously improve offerings.*Customer Service:** Act as the primary point of contact for parents, gymnasts, staff and community members.* Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.* Foster strong relationships with members to enhance satisfaction and retention.*Compliance and Safety:** Implement and monitor health and safety protocols for all activities.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: £32,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Company pension* On-site parkingLicence/Certification:* Level 2 Gymnastics Coaching Qualification (required)Work Location: In person
