Applicants must have access to a car as an essential car user and be in the office in the BCP area at least three days a week.

What you will do
* Manage cases at the point of PLO and guide them through to placement orders.
* Undertake court work related to PLO processes, adhering to best practices.
* Maintain accurate and high-standard case documentation and reporting.
* Collaborate closely with the team to achieve the best outcomes for children.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to service improvement discussions.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced colleagues as required.
