We are seeking a qualified agency social worker with a degree or equivalent in social work and significant frontline experience in social services within the UK. Candidates should be registered with either the Scottish Social Services Council or Social Work England.
What you will do:
* Conduct detailed care at home reviews, ensuring service users receive the highest standard of care.
* Liaise with family members and other care professionals to deliver exceptional and personalised service.
* Assess and evaluate individual needs, developing tailored care plans accordingly.
* Provide advice and support to clients, promoting independence and dignity.
