German Content Moderator – Dublin | €37,333 + Bonus | Onsite
Location: Dublin City Centre, Ireland
Contract Type: Permanent – Full-time (40h/week)
Schedule: Monday–Sunday, shifts between 08:00–19:00

Your Responsibilities
* Review and assess online content according to platform policies
* Ensure quality and consistency across moderation workflows
* Handle sensitive content professionally and responsibly
* Support escalations and complex review cases
* Apply cultural awareness in policy-based decision making
What We're Looking For
* Fluent German (C1–C2)
* Previous experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or digital platform operations
* Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
* Ability to work in a structured, policy-driven environment
* Valid EU work authorization
