Who is a HR Workforce Coordinator?
As a Workforce Coordinator in our Temporary Workforce Service, you will work as part of a close-knit, friendly team, supporting services across Sussex by sourcing temporary workers for multidisciplinary teams, including Nurses, Healthcare Support Workers, Doctors, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and more.
You will assist our temporary workers with pay queries, training access, and ad-hoc requests. Additionally, you will liaise with external agencies for agency worker supply, support recruitment campaigns, and help onboard new workers.
Our operating hours are 7 days a week from 8am to 6pm, with flexible shift patterns, including hybrid and remote working. Initially, you will work Monday to Friday during training, then transition to a 7-day shift pattern.
Note: Due to recent UK immigration and visa rule changes, this role is unlikely to offer Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Applicants without the right to work in the UK may not be considered. Please review eligibility criteria on gov.uk before applying.
You will support Trust managers and administrators in sourcing and booking temporary workers, ensuring proper use of staffing systems like HealthRoster. You will act as a first point of contact for clinical services, temporary workers, and agencies regarding staffing queries, providing courteous and supportive responses.
You will be responsible for booking temporary workers and ensuring accurate data entry into the e-roster system.
