YMCA Norfolk is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Training & Development Officer to deliver impactful staff training and support the development of our Salesforce-based In-Form system - an essential tool that helps us deliver life-changing services to young people across Norfolk. This is a unique opportunity to combine your technical aptitude with your people skills, helping staff feel confident and empowered in using digital systems, while growing your own expertise in Salesforce development.
