Position: In-form (Salesforce) Training & Development Officer Pay: £14.36 per hour (£28,002.00 per annum) Location: YMCA Norfolk Offices, Aylsham Road, Norwich with an element of working countywide and at home Contract Type: Permanent Hours per week: 37.5 hours ​ Job Role ​ Are you passionate about technology and driven by a desire to make a real difference in people’s lives? YMCA Norfolk is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Training & Development Officer to deliver impactful staff training and support the development of our Salesforce-based In-Form system - an essential tool that helps us deliver life-changing services to young people across Norfolk. This is a unique opportunity to combine your technical aptitude with your people skills, helping staff feel confident and empowered in using digital systems, while growing your own expertise in Salesforce development. ​ ​ What you'll be doing ​ Training & Support (approx. 2 days/week): Deliver engaging group and one-to-one training sessions Maintain training materials and user guides Provide friendly, patient support to users with varying technical experience Champion real-world process alignment and user confidence Build and support a network of In-Form champions Salesforce Development (approx. 3 days/week): Carry out day-to-day Salesforce admin tasks (user management, security settings, page layouts, etc.) Assist with reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making Support data quality and management activities Develop automation using Flow, Process Builder, and validation rules Learn and apply Salesforce flows under supervision ​ Further information can be found at – In-Form Training & Development Officer Job Description ​ ​ The Organisation YMCA Norfolk is a great place to work, offering meaningful opportunities to make a difference in the lives of young people.
