Overview
Join to apply for the Habitats Creation Operative role at Southern Ecological Solutions (SES), part of the RSK Group. This is a full-time, permanent position with a site-based working model based within commuting distance to our Essex office.
What You’ll Do
* Get hands-on with habitat creation and management — from planning to execution, actively involved in making nature thrive again.
* Prioritize safety by adhering to all health and safety policies and ensuring compliance on every site.
* Collaborate with a passionate team, attend site briefings and toolbox talks, and ensure every task aligns with approved methods.
* Share your expertise with the team and contribute to continuous learning and development.
Requirements
* Relevant Health & Safety qualifications (CSCS).
* A full driving license (including towing experience if required).
* An interest in ecology and the natural environment.
* Flexibility for occasional overnight stays for specific projects.

* PA1/PA6 Knapsack Spraying
* NPTC Brush-cutters
* NPTC Chainsaws
* NPTC Aerial Climbing
* First Aid
* Excavator Certification (CPCS/NPORS)
* Robo-flail Certification
* Tractor Certification (CPCS/NPORS)
