Join our Maintenance team as a Multiskilled Instrumentation Maintenance Technician at our Haverhill manufacturing site to play a crucial role in delivering our portfolio of active pharmaceutical ingredients addressing a wide population of patients.
You will be responsible for planned and preventative maintenance work that enables the safety, productivity and efficiency of the plant and broader facilities.
Your Responsibilities
You will:
* Conduct instrumentation, electrical and mechanical maintenance activities across the plant and site to ensure we produce, develop and manufacture active pharmaceutical ingredients for our customers.
* Perform electrical and Instrumentation troubleshooting.
* Ensure adherence to GMP safety, quality and validation protocols at all times.
* Implement and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance work for electrical and instrumentation related tasks with focus on safety.
* Responding to breakdowns, diagnosing faults, record and report.
* Use knowledge and experience to minimise maintenance costs and equipment downtime.
* Able to understand and interpret operation and maintenance manuals, blueprints and other technical documentation.
* Support the development of knowledge across the team and promote new ways to work.
Our Requirements
* The successful candidate must have a formal Engineering apprenticeship, and likely to have a minimum of a HNC academic qualification with equivalent industry experience of working in a instrumentation and electrical environment.
* Proven experience in Electrical/Instrumentation Maintenance Engineering. Formal apprenticeship or on-the-job training.
* Proven experience of supporting a GMP manufacturing environment in engineering, maintenance or instrumentation.
* CompEx Certification desirable
