The Role
We are seeking a creative Head Pastry Chef to design and lead the pastry offering across the hotel, delivering memorable desserts that elevate the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Create innovative dessert and pastry menus
* Lead and develop the pastry team
* Maintain exceptional quality, presentation, and consistency
* Manage food costs and supplier relationships
