The role offers a fantastic base salary of between £33,000 - £35,000 (DOE) plus uncapped commission averaging around £70,000+

What You'll Do:
Receive pre-qualified leads from our in-house team and convert into sales.
Conduct fact finds and provide protection insurance advice over the phone.
Convert high-quality enquiries into policies.
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance.
Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction.
Work towards and exceed monthly sales targets
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Life Insurance / Protection Insurance sales
A people-focused approach with a passion for helping others
Familiarity with FCA standards and compliance processes
Positive mindset, resilience, and a hunger to achieve
