Factory labourer

T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client in Swadlincote for a number of Factory Labourers to join their team on aTemporary to Permanentbasis.

The role will be starting on a day shift and moving onto a rotating shift pattern once fully trained.


Factory Labourer Job Details & Benefits;

1. MondayThursday 6:0015:30 & Fridays 6:0010:00 (with Friday overtime mandatory when required)
2. Starting hourly rate of £13.50 with the opportunity to rise to £16 with training sign off
3. Weekly pay
4. Permanent role after 12 weeks
5. Additional training offered on forklift, loading shovel etc with the opportunity of progressing within the Company
6. Holidays-22 days + bank holidays when permanent increasing to 25 days in length of service
