Salary: A competitive salary from £33,040 - £41,300, depending on the experience you can bring

As an Investment Proposition Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping the investment solutions we offer, ensuring they remain competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with customer needs.
You’ll be responsible for in-depth analysis of investment fund data, including performance metrics, cost structures, and risk profiles. You’ll use advanced systems to run bespoke analyses on our fund range and competitor offerings, supporting proposition development and governance decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct detailed analysis of workplace investment defaults and funds to support fund and proposition reviews
2. Evaluate performance against benchmarks and peer groups using bespoke analytical tools
3. Provide technical input to various governance forums and support fund change processes
4. Develop and maintain fund data systems and controls, becoming an SME in the workplace investment estate
5. Produce and present performance analysis packs for internal stakeholders
6. Analyse default structures, lifestyle processes, and competitor propositions
7. Collaborate with Distribution to support data-driven proposition development
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
8. Strong analytical skills and experience in investment or fund analysis
9. Proficiency in Excel and other data tools, with the ability to manage and interrogate complex datasets
10. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
11. A detail-oriented, evidence-based approach to problem-solving
12. Awareness of industry data providers (e.g., Financial Express, Morningstar) and investment regulations
