We are seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Campaign Manager to lead the development and execution of data-driven marketing initiatives focused on sales pipeline growth and lead generation. This role will be pivotal in orchestrating marketing campaigns across face2face, email, CRM platforms, paid media, and sales enablement tools to convert leads into loyal customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing CRM systems (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives, and optimising multi-channel campaigns to achieve measurable results. While CRM integration is a critical aspect of the role, the primary focus is on demand generation—planning, executing, and refining campaigns that directly impact pipeline growth and customer acquisition. Experience in B2B and industrial sectors is advantageous, particularly where sales cycles are complex and require multi-touch engagement across digital and human channels. Campaign Management Design, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns aimed at lead acquisition and sales enablement. Collaborate with Group Marketing, Sales, and DML leadership teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with revenue goals. Focus on driving measurable impact through content syndication, paid advertising, digital nurture programs, and sales collaboration. CRM & Sales Integration Own the CRM platform to manage customer segmentation, scoring, nurture flows, and campaign effectiveness tracking, supporting lead lifecycle management. Maintain data hygiene, enable sales visibility, and ensure clear lead handoff processes that integrate with overall campaign strategies. Lead Generation Strategy Develop and implement strategies to capture, qualify, and nurture leads across multiple channels. Continuously optimise funnel performance through A/B testing, retargeting strategies, and segmentation. Leverage account-based marketing tactics when appropriate to support enterprise outreach and sales enablement. Performance Analysis Monitor campaign performance using KPIs such as conversion rates, cost-per-lead (CPL), lead velocity, and marketing-influenced pipeline. Produce reports and insights to iterate and improve future campaigns. Content & Channel Collaboration Work with content and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging, tone, and value propositions across channels. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to produce tailored content that resonates with technical buyer personas. Coordinate with digital marketing for campaign delivery across social, web, and display ads. What you will need 3–5 years of experience in marketing campaign management with a strong focus on B2B lead generation. Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, LinkedIn Navigator, Seamless.AI). Strong understanding of the sales funnel and how to optimise each stage through marketing efforts. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategy. Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills. Experience working cross-functionally with sales, content, and product marketing teams. Experience in SaaS, tech, or a high-growth startup environment. Familiarity with A/B testing, email segmentation, and personalization strategies. Understanding of compliance regulations related to digital marketing (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
