Health & Social Care Tutor | Associate Contract | Remote | Up to £15,000 per Cohort Pathway Group is looking for experienced Health & Social Care professionals who want to make a genuine difference through education - without giving up their flexibility. This is an associate tutoring role delivering fully funded Health & Social Care qualifications to learners across the country. You set your schedule, work from home, and get paid a transparent, competitive rate for every learner you take through to completion. * Delivering fully funded H&S Care qualifications remotely
* Managing your own caseload and schedule
* Supporting learners from enrolment through to completion
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date portfolio evidence

What you'll need
* Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care
* A recognised teaching qualification (AET, CET, PTLLS, CertEd or equivalent)
* An assessing qualification (TAQA, CAVA, A1 or equivalent)
* IQA qualification is desirable but not essential
* Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and guide adult learners
* Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working setup
