Job Description:
As a Resourcing Consultant at JAM Recruitment, you will be responsible for supporting existing clients working closely with the Account Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
* Building and maintaining relationships with candidates.
* Creating compelling job advertisements and marketing campaigns to attract qualified candidates.
* Utilising various recruitment tools and platforms to identify potential candidates.
* Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and market knowledge.
* Collaborating with team members to achieve recruitment targets.
Requirements:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a target-driven environment.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
