Job Title: School Catering Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: ManchesterWorking Hours: Between 10:00am – 2:30pm (Monday to Friday)Contract Type: Part-Time
We are currently looking for enthusiastic and reliable Catering Assistants to join our team at a welcoming local school. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment and supporting the preparation and service of healthy meals for children.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with the preparation and serving of meals
* Setting up and clearing down the dining area
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
* Washing dishes and kitchen equipment
* Supporting the kitchen team as required
What We’re Looking For:
* A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Awareness of food hygiene standards (training can be provided)
* Previous catering or kitchen experience is desirable but not essential
