About the Role: As a Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, you’ll care for residents’ physical, psychological, and social needs to ensure they receive quality care. You will create a safe environment, make critical clinical decisions, develop care plans, administer medication, and uphold high standards of care. As an RGN, you’ll have the autonomy to perform your duties independently and be valued for your expertise.
About You: You need current NMC registration and knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices. Experience in creating care plans, risk assessments, and understanding regulatory frameworks like DoLs/MCA and pharmaceutical guidelines is essential. Compassionate and dedicated, you should have a person-centered approach to nursing.
