We're recruiting for a Trainee Surveyor to join a well-established, multi-disciplinary practice working across both residential and commercial property sectors. The Role
As a Trainee Surveyor, you will:
Carry out a range of valuation and surveying work under the guidance of an experienced mentor and line managerConduct RICS Level 2 SurveysUndertake RICS Level 3 Surveys, with full training provided where requiredComplete Red Book ValuationsAssist with bespoke Building SurveysWork on both private and panel instruction workLiaise with the centralised hub regarding appointments and schedulingBuild and maintain strong client relationships to ensure service standards and deadlines are metDevelop your technical knowledge and surveying expertise through ongoing training and professional developmentContribute to the continued success and growth of the businessTrainee Surveyor Requirements
Minimum RICS-accredited degree or SAVA qualificationStrong attention to detail and a professional approachPositive, proactive, and eager-to-learn attitudeExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to manage workloads effectively and work independently when requiredPassion for developing a long-term career within the surveying professionFull UK driving licenceWhat's on Offer?
