Job Description
As a Sales Administrator you will:
* Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations
* Maintain and update sales and customer records
* Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing documents and communicating relevant information
* Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
* Respond to complaints from customers and provide after-sales support as needed
* Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
* Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
* Support the sales team's efforts to meet customer expectations
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Administrator should have:
* A solid understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
* Proficiency in English and in MS Office
* Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
