Pay and Shifts:
* Starting at £13.50 per hour (Increases to £16.00 per hour)
* Monday to Friday
* Early Start: 04:00am to 15:00pm
Key responsibilities:
* Mix sausage ingredients accurately following strict recipes.
* Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
* Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
* Remove waste and ensure strict hygiene standards are met.
* Maintain clean and safe workstations following health and safety guidelines.
* Work efficiently with the team to meet daily production targets.
* Use manual handling skills safely to move stock and materials.
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in food production or packing is a plus but not essential.
* Comfortable working in a cool environment with good attention to detail.
* Reliable, efficient team player with positive communication skills.
* Flexible to work Monday to Friday shifts, with potential overtime
