About the Role
Join Kids Planet Kingswinford as a Supply/Bank Early Years Educator! This is a flexible role on an as‑needed basis. We’re looking for someone ready to get stuck in, spark imaginations, and help children thrive.
Responsibilities
Provide high‑quality care and learning experiences for children, supporting their development in line with the EYFS.
Work flexibly with teams to deliver engaging activities and maintain routines in the nursery.
Build positive relationships with children and families, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment.
Qualifications
Desirable but not essential to hold Level 2 or higher early‑years qualification recognised in the UK.
Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage, or enthusiasm to learn more.
Knowledge of safeguarding children.
Kids Planet is dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the well‑being of children and young people. An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role. All staff and volunteers must uphold this commitment, with safeguarding training as a fundamental part of every role. Regular training will be required to understand and fulfil responsibilities. A Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate is mandatory for all positions, and this role will be subject to enhanced checks as part of our safeguarding duties.
