Sales Support Administrator
12 month Contract – Renfrewshire – £26k per annum – Full Time – 08:30am‑5pm
Pertemps is currently supporting a credible client who is looking for a Sales Support Administrator on a 12‑month FTC. This role will work closely with the Sales Support Manager and you will be responsible for all administration in the business. You will manage stock, monitor costs and help with the processing of their monthly paid forecast. This role is in a fast‑paced environment where a high standard of work is expected.
This role will sit fully in the office based in Renfrewshire and it will be full time. The client is a household name within their field, and you will gain valuable experience. The team works in a close‑knit environment, so excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Co‑ordinate the transfer of used stock between offices
* Process direct customer purchases and payments
* Assist in the management of expiry reports – ensure a smooth running of the department
* Secure finance instructions and payment from customers in a timely manner
* Assist in the effective management of costs and GP variance
* Ensure the systems remain up to date
* Month End Reporting
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for a self‑starter who prides themselves on having first‑class organisational and administrative skills. This is a fast‑paced role, so the ability to prioritise and plan effectively is essential. You will be confident with good negotiation skills, communicate in a professional manner, be a team player with a flexible approach, and have a keen eye for detail.
Previous Experience
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Experience in a fast‑paced commercial environment
* Must hold a UK driving licence
* IT literate with Microsoft Office Applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
