About the role: đźšś
5. We are seeking an instructor who can instruct learners in practical agricultural skills, such as the use of farm machinery, particularly tractor driving, estate skills (e.g. fencing) and machinery maintenance.
6. Depending upon the applicant’s skills and experience, to deliver livestock practical with dairy and beef cattle, sheep, and pigs.
7. The role may also include assistance with the delivery of short courses and certificates of competence.
8. This is a practical, hands-on role where your real-world experience will directly shape students’ confidence, competence and career progression.

What we are looking for: 🌟
•The successful candidate will have extensive practical experience and knowledge gained from working withing the agricultural industry
•Have a keen interest in supporting and developing young people
•Be willing to undertake an in-house development programme if a recognised teaching qualification is not already held
•Hold relevant qualifications (and also hold qualifications in Maths and English at a grade C/4 or above at GCSE level (or equivalent))
•Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to build rapport, motivate students, and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
