Base pay range
Are you a multi-skilled plasterer, based near Ellesmere Port/Cheshire, looking to earn £32,985 per year?

Your Role:
* Carry out full house replastering, diagnose and complete plaster patching in small areas
* Identify and repair plaster defects, ensuring all necessary preparation and finishing work is completed to a high standard
* Communicate effectively with customers when carrying out work, considering their needs and preferences
* Carry out duties in line with Liberty’s Equal Opportunities, Health and Safety, Customer Service, and Performance Policies
What We Need from You:
* A recognised apprenticeship and relevant qualification (NVQ Level 2/3) in plastering
* Proven experience as a multi-skilled plasterer, competent in all aspects of the trade
* Experience in plastering and tiling for bathroom and wet room replacements
* Ability to carry out additional multi-skilled trades, including joinery and tiling
* A valid CSCS Card
* Asbestos awareness training
* A full UK driving license
* Flexibility and a positive attitude towards varied work and schedules
* Excellent customer service skills with experience working with the public
* Ability to manage your time and workload independently
* A solid understanding of Health & Safety practices and working to best standards
* Ownership of a full set of tools
* Experience working within a social housing environment (desirable)
