The Galderma Internship Program provides students with the opportunity to make meaningful connections to real business initiatives while gaining experience in a global, fast-paced, and mission-driven environment. Interns will support day-to-day departmental operations, contribute to special projects, and gain exposure in our following business units: Aesthetics Marketing
This role is ideal for someone for is curious, motivated, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to work that has a real impact on our employees, customers, and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include:
1. Develop a deep understanding of the aesthetics market and identify competitive opportunities.
2. Innovate and enhance our consumer engagement strategy based upon data insights, ultimately making a recommendation for future promotions.
3. Contribute to daily marketing operations and planning including documentation, process improvement, and marketing campaign coordination.
4. Participate in team meetings and cross-functional collaboration efforts.
5. Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth operations.
6. Uphold Galderma’s values through proactive communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.
Learning Objectives:

Skills & Qualifications:
13. Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
14. Strong interest in dermatology, healthcare, or aesthetics.
15. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
16. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
17. High attention to detail and willingness to learn.
18. Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Work, PowerPoint, Sharepoint); familiarity with Tableau is a plus.
