4. Coordinate and support daily administrative tasks within the education department.
5. Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and students regarding attendance matters.
6. Prepare and distribute relevant reports and documentation as required.
7. Ensure compliance with school policies and statutory regulations related to attendance.
8. Collaborate with the wider team to support school events and activities.
9. Manage incoming communications, including emails and calls, professionally and efficiently.
10. Assist with other administrative duties as requested by management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful School Administration & Attendance Officer should have:
