We're looking for experienced Team Managers to lead a production team within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Staffline is recruiting a Team Manager in Thrapston.
The rate of pay is £36,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
This is a full-time role working 38.5 hours per week, 3 on 4 off 4 on 3 off. The hours of work are:
- 6am to 6pm

As a Team Manager, you'll drive daily performance and ensure your people are engaged, well managed and productive - it is a fast-paced role and ever-changing!
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and motivate a team of operatives to achieve daily plan and KPI targets.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, GMP, HACCP, and site standards, taking prompt action on deviations.
- Champion health & safety on shift: risk assessments, safe systems of work, incident reporting and near-miss closure.
- Manage shift handovers, allocate labour, and coordinate priorities.
- Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Complete line checks, audits and documentation accurately (CCPs, traceability, start-up checks, allergen controls).
