Role

Our Account Management team drives business growth and fosters deep relationships with sellers on Whatnot. You will build strategies to drive growth and innovation for partners, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and advocating for sellers’ needs.

* Develop and nurture strong seller relationships through a consultative approach, understanding their growth opportunities, marketing, and executive coaching needs.
* Grow seller business with clear, data‑driven POVs and recommendations aligned with overall company goals.
* Manage a targeted book of business and develop a strategy for both short‑ and long‑term sustained success, driving quarterly business growth and product adoption.
* Partner with cross‑functional teams across the organization to share insights and learnings from sellers, advocating for their needs and articulating business and revenue impact.
* Perform project management on initiatives across multiple stakeholders, driving projects to successful outcomes.


You

* 5+ years of experience in sales and/or account management, specifically with top business partners, streamers, or creators.
* Fluent in French & English (written & spoken), with a deep understanding of French cultural and community dynamics.
* Specific knowledge of Salesforce, AirTable, Sigma, and similar tools for expert account management.
* Strong project management, organization, and stakeholder engagement skills, enabling multitasking and execution of multiple projects in parallel.
* Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives in close partnership with cross‑functional teams.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.


Nice to Have

* Be a Whatnot seller or entrepreneur.
* Past experience growing and scaling account management teams.
* Passion for creator communities and/or existing Whatnot product categories (fashion, toys, collectibles, TCG).
* Experience buying and selling in online marketplaces.
