We are offering a fixed‑term 12‑month contract with a hybrid work model—three days a week onsite at Osterley campus, with the option to work from home on the remaining days.
The role is within Sky Business’s Commercial & Marketing function, supporting new customer acquisition and sales growth across TV, broadband, and mobile for small‑to‑medium businesses.
What You’ll Do
* Support strategic quarterly planning and build forecasts of demand for marketing plans.
* Define how we invest our marketing budget to drive sales at an efficient CPA, partnering with our media agency to develop new approaches that improve cost efficiencies and drive growth and innovation.
* Own the post‑campaign analysis process to ensure continual improvement in campaign efficiency.
* Build internal partnerships with key support functions (Brand, Marketing Operations, pricing, and sales) to ensure alignment and successful delivery of campaigns.
* Support preparation for weekly trading meetings and evaluate performance against plans.
* Use a strong creative eye to ensure campaigns stand out and cut through when managing creative briefs.
What You’ll Bring
* Demonstrable senior‑level experience managing campaigns and trading performance within the telco sector.
* Recent experience in team and people management.
* Strong decision‑making skills based on marketing and market experience in UK B2B telecoms.
* An innovative yet pragmatic thinker who drives continuous improvement for commercial outcomes.
* Strong numeracy and commercial literacy, able to understand business cases and size market opportunities using insight and data.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, able to influence and lead discussions from front line to senior management.
