We have a permanent Gardener role within our Facilities Management team, supporting several NHS community hospital sites across the region. Permanent | Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 Salary: £25,863 per annum Based at Launceston, covering multiple NHS sites Key Responsibilities This role will deliver high-quality grounds and garden maintenance across NHS Property Services premises in line with our standards, policies and schedules. Duties include: Grass cutting, hedge trimming, pruning, and general grounds upkeep Operating and transporting grounds equipment (all items under 25kg) Seasonal tasks such as winter rock-salt spreading Supporting general external site cleanliness and maintaining welcoming outdoor areas Driving a Beavertail vehicle between sites (training provided) Working alongside our horticultural lead, Kate, within a supportive team environment No formal gardening qualification is required - what matters most is a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well with others. Where You'll Be This role is based at Launceston, with travel across: Stratton Hospital (Bude) Liskeard Hospital St Barnabas Hospital (Saltash) This is an outdoor, hands-on role, working in all seasons. Appropriate equipment and protective gear will be provided.
