Job Summary
As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you will help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. You will assist with daily living, provide support and companionship, and create shared moments and memories. This role offers varied tasks, from supporting residents with meals and following care plans to providing one‑on‑one time.
Responsibilities
You will support residents with daily living needs, administer medication as instructed, follow individualized care plans, assist with meals and hydration, and maintain a safe and comfortable environment. You will also provide companionship, support social activities, and collaborate with the care team to deliver person‑centred care.
