Fleet vehicle/ Pool Car provided for site/ client visits.
Must have driving licence and own transport.
THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Project Works Surveyor is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for small to large projects. This role involves analysing project plans, site visits, specifications, and requirements to determine the overall project cost, including materials, labour, equipment, and subcontractor expenses. The Project Works Surveyor will ensure projects align with budgetary constraints and timelines.
