* Keep internal communications up to date and well informed.
* Use your initiative to maintain your relationships and put feedback into practice.

Qualifications
Qualifications
* Account management or sales professional experience.
* Telecoms knowledge/experience in the industry is preferred but not a necessity.
* Good communication skills and telephone manner
* Driven approach to meet and exceed expectations of customers.
* Basic understanding of Microsoft office programmes e.g. Excel
