This full-time, permanent role working 37.5 hours per week across a 7 day rota. There will also be a requirement to be included in the on call rota. Manage risk effectively by contributing to risk management plans, monitoring compliance, and reporting significant changes related to harm or reoffending. Coordinate referrals and liaise with agencies, including offender management, probation services, and community providers, to review progress and manage risks. Conduct client engagement activities, such as prison visits, pre-placement meetings, inductions, and ongoing keywork, while supporting residential staff. Promote positive behaviour and compliance with Approved Premises rules and licence conditions, using pro-social modelling and fair enforcement when necessary.
