Job Description
The Divisional Legal Manager will be:
3. Leading and developing a pre-exisiting in-house legal team supporting development projects
4. Overseeing transactional property development matters including land acquisition and disposals
5. Providing strategic legal advice to senior stakeholders and operational teams
6. Managing external legal advisers and controlling legal risk across projects
7. Supporting business growth by ensuring efficient and commercially focused legal processes
The Successful Applicant
The Divisional Legal Manager should be:
8. A solicitor or equivalent with significant property development experience
9. Experienced in managing legal teams
10. Strong in transactional property work, including infrastructure agreements and site set ups
11. Commercially minded with strong stakeholder engagement skills
12. Able to operate at a strategic level while maintaining technical excellence
