What you’ll be doing:
* Picking and selecting the best quality products on the shop floor that online customers have ordered, ready for delivery to their doorsteps, or providing excellent substitutions when products are out of stock.
* Using a handset that plans your route around the store, indicating what you need to select and how long you have to complete each shop.
* Handling customer queries, processing orders, and assisting with loading vans for Home Delivery Drivers.
* Providing excellent customer service by supporting with questions and proactively offering help.
* Building knowledge about products, services, and promotions to assist with recommendations.
* Working flexibly across the store as needed.
