Nursery Practitioner – Up to £13.50
The nursery provides a carefully designed environment where children explore, play, and develop across all areas of learning. As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll work directly with children to deliver activities, observe and support their progress, and help maintain a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment throughout the day. This is a full-time, all year round position within an Outstanding Ofsted-rated setting.
Before You Apply
* A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification is required.
* You must have recent experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
* This role is not suitable for candidates without experience working directly with children.

What You’ll Need
* Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
* Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
* Ability to work confidently as part of a team and engage directly with children

* Deliver daily activities that support children’s learning and development
* Observe and record children’s progress and milestones
* Assist with planning and implementing EYFS-focused activities
* Maintain safeguarding, health and safety, and ratio compliance
* Support colleagues in providing a high-quality learning environment
* Build professional relationships with parents and carers
