Responsibilities:
Project Management
* Manage and lead assigned projects tocompletion with delivery of agreed objectives
* Ensure that all projects followGroup Policies and Procedure including proper Project Governance
* Identify andstabilize the scope of business topics to be addressed / resolved
* Identify and obtainthe buyin from the Primary Project Stakeholders and Sponsors
* Leverage expertiseand problem solving skills to propose solutions during each phaseof the project
* Drivethe delivery effort by maintaining project lists organizing followup meetings creating and distributing meeting minutes
* Ensure clear communication ofgoals budget risks efforts involved as well as on the progress ofthe project
* Workclosely with all functions Front office Operations FinanceCompliance Legal Risk etc. to ensure successful delivery of projectobjectives.
* Managesituations of conflict and constraints to ensure the success of theproject.
Minimum Required Qualifications
* Bachelors degree from accredited universitywith focus on IT Business Administration or other relevant field ofstudy.
* 10 years ofrelevant industry experience in Global Banking
* Expertise in Front Office andOperations (functional or in a project capacity) with knowledge ofGlobal Banking activities
* Deep knowledge of & experience executing all projectmanagement concepts.
* Project planning documentation experience &stakeholder management is essential
MinimumRequired Qualifications Contd:
* Excellent level ofknowledge of MS Project Excel Word and PowerPoint.
The candidate:
* Must havean indepth understanding of project life cycle and what each phaseimplies.
* Must haveexcellent communication skills Both written and oral.
* Must be able to professionallyand efficiently manage situations of conflict and work withcollaborators to arrive at a solution.
* Needs to demonstrate the ability to adapt andlearn new processes quickly.
* Needs to show ability to multitask and shift gears forvarious topics during the project life cycle
* Must be able to demonstrate theability to delve into complicated situations (issues peopleprocesses etc.) sort out the information and propose thesolution/next steps.
