The Company
They are an international market expansion and corporate innovation consultancy with clients in Europe, America, and East Asia. Established in 1990, the company has 27 offices worldwide and approximately 180 employees.
The Role and Responsibilities
To support innovation consulting work for international clients, they seek a full-time Project Coordinator based either at the Oxford or London offices. Hybrid working with travel is required.
You will collaborate with project teams on client projects and support sales and marketing activities.
Priority will be given to candidates with experience and/or strong interest in technology, including IT, and with creative or copywriting skills. Interest or experience in software/digital transformation, renewable energy, or green technology is especially valued.
Responsibilities include:
* Conduct research, technology scouting, and new business development for international clients in Europe
* Prepare regular reports in English for clients
* Assist clients in engaging with technology partners, universities, and collaborators in Europe
* Arrange and accompany overseas clients on visits to Europe
* Develop sales and marketing collateral
* Additional project and marketing tasks
Candidate Profile
* University degree in business, marketing, international relations, or technology/engineering
* Fluent in English with excellent writing (and preferably creative) skills
* Fluent in Japanese; experience studying or working in Japan is preferred
* Interest or experience in business, marketing, Japan/Asia, and technology/innovation
* Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging with potential collaborators
* Korean language skills are a plus
