We are working with a boutique consultancy and growth agency in an exciting phase of expansion, now seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to take ownership of a high-profile global affiliate programme within the premium beauty sector. This is a priority contract hire, created to accelerate performance and bring strategic oversight to an established but high-potential channel.
Our client partners with ambitious retail and eCommerce brands, delivering data-led CRM, loyalty, and performance marketing solutions. In this role, you’ll lead the Rakuten affiliate programme for a globally recognised luxury skincare brand, ensuring structured growth, commercial efficiency, and brand integrity across international markets. The Affiliate Marketing Manager will operate with autonomy, shaping both daily execution and long-term channel strategy.
The Affiliate Marketing Manager will oversee and scale the global affiliate programme, driving measurable ROI while safeguarding premium positioning.
Responsibilities
* Own and optimise the Rakuten affiliate platform end-to-end
* Recruit and develop a balanced affiliate mix across content, cashback and loyalty partners
* Negotiate commercial terms to maximise visibility and return
* Build a forward-planned campaign and promotional calendar
* Deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting with actionable insights

Qualifications
* Strong affiliate marketing experience, ideally on Rakuten
* Proven success negotiating placements and commercial rates
* Analytical capability with confidence interpreting performance data
* Experience within luxury, beauty, or premium eCommerce environments
* Ability to manage global stakeholders in a part-time capacity
