Our client is in search of a robust Housing Solicitor to become a valuable member of the Housing team, demonstrating outstanding communication and client care abilities along with a excellent attention to detail. The role entails both independent work and collaboration with the team and will require a flexible approach to work and time.

What will be expected from you as a Housing Solicitor:
* Experience in a housing management legal department
* Dealing with a busy caseload of housing litigation matters to include defending disrepair claims, possession, civil injunctions, defending EPA claims, ASB and fraud.
* Experience of dealing with landlord and tenant matters, AST and/or leasehold matters to include forfeiture claims is desirable.
* Participation in marketing and networking activities
* A consistent track record of meeting targets
* Manging support services including supervision of secretaries and junior staff DOE/PQE
